Chocolate-dipped strawberries
Rustle it up > You will need:
8 ml semi-sweet or dark chocolate
12 to 14 large strawberries
Waxed paper
* Melt and temper chocolate over a double boiler.
* Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered.
* Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool, or alternatively, place one berry each in paper
candy cups.
* Let it set until chocolate hardens. You can hasten the process by placing the dipped berries in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

Pimms Apu00c3u00a9ritif
* Take 30 ml Pimms, 30 ml gin.
* Blend 3 to 4 strawberries and oranges together to make a fruit concentrate. Once blended, add a couple of ice cubes to chill the mixture.
* Now, pour this mix into a cocktail shaker. Add the Pimms and gin to the mixture, and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a slice of orange.
Champagne and Kiwi Cocktail
* Take 20 ml Kiwi Liquor, 20 ml Sparkling Wine.
* Cut a fresh kiwi into small pieces and place the pieces in a Champagne tulip glass. Pour the Kiwi Liqueur over the fruit and stir the mix, allowing the fruit and the liqueur to blend.
* Top this with chilled Sparkling Wine.
